Yoga & Fitness Classes
The Kauit method of yoga is for people who want to increase mobility and restore the body’s structure and function. This practice is intended to mitigate the challenges of our 24/7, mostly sitting lifestyle and counter the effects of aging. Kaiut yoga emphasizes biomechanical health and exploring the body’s natural rhythm to help restore freedom of movement. This is not yoga that professes postures should look a certain way; it is a yoga that honors each individual and their exploration of the body and mind’s potential to undo restrictions and blockages over time. A perfect style of yoga for any yoga student. New students must attend an introductory class before attending regular classes.
