Mindfulness for Modern Living
Mindfulness can be described as paying attention to your life as you’re living it. With stress reduction and other health benefits, learning to practice mindfulness can enhance wellbeing on all levels: physical, mental, financial, emotional and spiritual. Mindfulness practices can help a person reduce anxiety, pain, and inflammation and to improve memory, focus and sleep. As we face increasingly complex, conflicted and challenging circumstances, mindfulness can become one of the roots that keeps us grounded and proactive.
Held the first Saturday of each month, learn a new mindfulness practice at each session. Classes include the science behind the method, benefits and practice. Space is limited to observe Covid-19 physical distancing guidelines. Sign up today!
