She has been in the mental health field for over 25 years helping individuals to manage their fears and obstacles so that they can live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Writing for Resiliency is an informative and growth fostering workshop for individuals wanting to dive into the heart of well-being. Whether you are experiencing relational grief or conflict, struggling with past or present trauma, stress, or overwhelm, the program offers an opportunity to explore your deepest thoughts and feelings, privately, in your own company.
You’ll explore expressive, transactional, poetic, affirmative, and legacy writing experiences. No prior writing experience is necessary and all writing content is confidential. You will not be asked to read or share your work. To join Lori for this special program, register today and bring a pad and pen to sessions!
Mindfulness for Modern Living
Mindfulness can be described as paying attention to your life as you’re living it. With stress reduction and other health benefits, learning to practice mindfulness can enhance wellbeing on all levels: physical, mental, financial, emotional and spiritual. Mindfulness practices can help a person reduce anxiety, pain, and inflammation and to improve memory, focus and sleep. As we face increasingly complex, conflicted and challenging circumstances, mindfulness can become one of the roots that keeps us grounded and proactive.
Held the first Saturday of each month, learn a new mindfulness practice at each session. Classes include the science behind the method, benefits and practice. Space is limited to observe Covid-19 physical distancing guidelines. Sign up today!
*Please book no later than 48 hours prior to workshop.
